2. PRODUCTS, CUSTOM ORDERS & SPECIFICATIONS

2.1 Custom Electronic Hardware:
All custom electronic products, development boards, modules, and sub-assemblies
are technical items intended for prototyping, educational, or hobbyist
applications unless otherwise certified. Customers are solely responsible for
verifying electrical compatibility, polarity, supply voltages, and thermal
management during integration.
2.2 Handcrafted Wooden Goods:
Our wooden products are crafted from natural solid wood or wood composites. Due
to the organic nature of timber, variations in grain pattern, coloration,
texture, and natural knots are normal characteristics of solid wood and do not
constitute manufacturing defects.
2.3 Custom & Made-to-Order Builds:
Custom fabrication begins only after design/order approval. The customer is
responsible for providing accurate vector files, dimensions, and specifications.
We are not responsible for typographical or dimensional errors supplied by the
customer.

3. PRICING, ORDERS & PAYMENTS

- All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly

prior notice. - Full payment is required before order processing, custom machining, or
dispatch begins. Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party

4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

- We ship to serviceable pin codes across India and designated international
destinations using trusted courier partners. - Estimated dispatch and delivery dates are indicative. Delays caused by courier
operations, transit bottlenecks, or regulatory clearances are beyond our direct
control. - Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover of the shipment to the carrier,
though we will assist in resolving transit disputes where possible.

5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & DEFECTIVE GOODS

5.1 Custom & Bespoke Items:
Due to the personalized nature of custom electronics and laser-cut/engraved
wooden goods, custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has
commenced, nor are they eligible for standard returns.
5.2 Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or defective on arrival, you
must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic/video evidence.
We will evaluate the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at
our discretion.
5.3 Exclusions:
Products subjected to improper wiring, overvoltage, custom soldering, unauthorized
firmware modifications, physical impact, or water damage after delivery are
strictly ineligible for returns or warranty support.
